How long will it take to receive my order?
Quality things take a little time. Every piece is made especially for you, which means some orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
The good news? Your order is fully insured by Josetti and always trackable from the moment it ships so you can follow it every step of the way. And yes, shipping is completely free!
What is your refund policy?
At Josetti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a full refund within 14 days from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, your item should be returned in its original condition — just like you received it. This means no blemishes, scratches, or signs of wear and tear. These are just a few examples to guide you, not a full list.
Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate the return process.
You have two return options:
Self-arranged return - You organise and cover the return shipment yourself.
Josetti-arranged return - We organise the return for you, and a €50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

The good news is, creating bespoke pieces is exactly what we do. It’s been at the heart of our family craft for over 20 years, and we’d love to help you recreate it.

And yes we offer engraving on any item, as well as fully personalised designs made just for you
