Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will take it back. However we allow returns as long as they fall under our return guidelines. 

Please note the following points when returning an item:

  • After 14 days it is not possible to issue a return.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days from your delivery date.
  • We offer refunds to the original method of payment used to place the order or you can choose a store credit
  • You are responsible for your return shipment
  • We offer to arrange the return for a flat fee of €50 which includes insurance. The €50 gets deducted from your refund *Remote postcodes will incur an extra charge 
  • Leave the item in its original packaging - See below for the return guidelines
  • Put a box or sturdy packaging around the item 
  • Place the return label, clearly visible (remove any old labels)
  • Keep any proof of postage until you have been properly refunded, in case you need it at a later date.
    *Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can make a return by emailing returns@josetti-jewellery.com. Order number should be in the subject line. 

Once you receive confirmation from us via email you can return your item in two ways. 
1. Returns are at your own expense. we strongly advise you to purchase insurance of the value of the item as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. 
2. We will arrange your return and send you a prepaid return label with instructions. For a fee of €50 (unless remote postcode which will incur extra charges) which will be deducted from your refund. 
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, we will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Returns will be processed within 14 business days.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

You can return all items of your order if they fall under our return guidelines. See below for exceptions to this rule:

  • Earrings that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded due to hygiene reasons
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded
  • Custom made jewellery cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded, this includes full set eternity rings and orders made outside of the webshop
  • Discounted items or final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded  

Return guidelines:

We only accept returned items according to the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered
  • You are responsible for your return shipment 
  • Jewellery tags must still be intact 
  • Jewellery must be returned in original packaging 
  • Jewellery cannot be used/worn or damaged 
  • Pearls that are damaged due to being exposed to water or deodorant/perfume 

If your return does not meet all of our return guidelines, your return will be noted as ‘unacceptable’. If our processing team deems your item(s) as ‘unacceptable’ we will contact you about this.

Exchange

Exchanges can be made, up to one time per item and only for a change of colour or size. If you choose to exchange an item please contact us at support@josetti-jewellery.com and our team will be in touch on how to proceed. 

DEFECT/DAMAGED ITEM?

If you believe your item(s) may have been sent to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, otherwise we cannot take responsibility.

Please send us an email at support@josetti-jewellery.com, immediately with the following information:

  • Name and email
  • Order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • Photo's of the damaged area plus photos of the entire item

Once we have received the above information, our customer service team will resolve this for you. This may take a couple of days. Please wait for our response.

DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?

Depending on the country you are from and the return carrier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our shop may vary.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, we will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Returns will be processed within 14 business days.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days or store credit if opted for it.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@josetti-jewellery.com, specifying in your message:

Your order number
Proof of postage (like a receipt)
Tracking number
We'll then get back to you as soon as we can!
