Shipping policy

We offer free insured shipping across the EU.

As we want to deliver the best quality and craftsmanship, our jewellery generally will take 10-20 working days to ship. Items in stock will ship within 1-3 working days.

If you decline to accept the package upon delivery, a fee of €50 will be deducted in case of return shipment.

If your package has the wrong delivery address, is refused at the door or not collected on time at a collection point, and you still want to receive the package, please be in touch with our team right away at support@josetti-jewellery.com
